Citadel Roofing & Solar is a growing company made up of industry veterans with more than 30 years of experience, and a stellar reputation of service excellence to new construction homebuilders throughout Northern California.

We are looking for a Solar Sales Assistant for our solar new construction team!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales teams and builders to collect information for new bids and awarded jobs.
  • Track solar proposals.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and estimating teams.
  • Create and maintain files.
  • Assist director and sales personnel.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of solar experience required.
  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
  • Previous experience working with homebuilders preferred.
  • General administrative background.
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • CRM experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
