Customer Experience Specialist (Vacaville)

Citadel Roofing & Solar is looking for a high energy, execution-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing team. The Customer Experience Specialist is a newly creates sales role that will be responsible for converting warm leads into scheduled appointments.  

The ideal candidate has stellar communication skills, seeks the challenge of helping to build the Customer Experience Specialist team, and is willing to go above and beyond as needed. The successful candidate is detailed-oriented, hardworking, dynamic and driven to grow within the company. This full-time position is based in Vacaville, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Customer Specialist Team in handling high volume of inbound lead prospects.
  • Answer and make calls to prospects to learn about potential solar and/or roofing projects.
  • Actively listen to callers and gather additional info as necessary.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to prospect voicemails, and emails.
  • Schedule and update the calendar as needed for sales reps.
  • Track all communications in company’s CRM.
  • Use software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Recommend and implement new or improved systems to enhance or expedite work.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Dynamic personality, looking to take on new and exciting challenges.
  • Ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a Call Center/Customer Support role is preferred.
  • Strong phone, verbal communication, and active listening skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Team player, self-motivated, responsible, goal-oriented, and dependable.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM computer systems and practices.
  • High school degree or diploma.
